Have you ever been bailed on a workout plan two weeks in? Hey, who hasn't? Motivation to get in shape and maintain that fitness is hard to come by, especially with a class schedule and workload. This semester on Student Bodies, meet four Arizona State University undergrads who are in the same boat. They're always thinking about working out, but never making time to do it. That's all about to change when they form teams, pair up with trainers and engage in a friendly competition for a trip to mtvU's Spring Break 2009. Check out the teams' bios, get workout tips, and track the teams' progress. Who knows? Maybe their success will inspire your next workout program.
