	Toyota Financial Services Get Your Own Yaris Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 2. Entry Period: "Toyota Financial Services Get Your Own Yaris Sweepstakes" (the "Sweepstakes") commences at 12:00 p.m. (ET) on September 25, 2006 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on December 1, 2006. All entries must be received before 11:59 p.m. (ET) on December 1, 2006. 3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the continental United States, at least 18 years of age and who have a current, valid United States driver's license at time of entry. VOID IN ALASKA, HAWAII AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. Employees (and their immediate families) of MTV Networks on Campus Inc., a subsidiary of Viacom International Inc. ("MTVNOC"), MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. ("MTVN"), Toyota Financial Services, and each of their respective affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies (collectively, "Sponsoring Parties"), and anyone who has won an MTVNOC Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes in the month preceding the start date of the Sweepstakes, are not eligible. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of MTVNOC, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules. 4. To Enter: The Sweepstakes will be posted on mtvU.com (the "Web Site"), a web site owned and controlled by MTVNOC, starting at or around 12:00 p.m. (ET) on September 25, 2006 and ending at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on December 1, 2006. Participants must complete all required fields on the online Sweepstakes entry form and submit such entry form in accordance with the online instructions. Entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as the "Eligible Entries." From the Eligible Entries, one (1) grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") will be randomly selected. You may enter as many times as you wish. All entries and entry materials become the property of MTVNOC. The odds of winning depend on the number of Eligible Entries received. 5. Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or around December 18, 2006 and notified by telephone. MTVNOC will make up to three (3) attempts to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner during the seventy-two (72) hour period following completion of selection. If the potential Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached during the seventy-two (72) hours during which MTVNOC attempts to contact the potential Grand Prize Winner (no messages will be left on answering machines or voicemail systems), such potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize Winner may be selected. 6. Grand Prize Winner Verification: The Grand Prize Winner must sign and return, within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt, (a) an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and release the Sponsoring Parties and their corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, advertising agencies, and any other participating sponsors, and their respective employees, from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with this Sweepstakes or the use or acceptance of the Grand Prize (defined below) and (b) except where prohibited, a promotional release granting the right to use his or her name, likeness, voice, and all entry materials for advertising, publicity and other commercial purposes, without additional compensation. Entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes participants' agreement to sign the foregoing releases. Grand Prize Winner must also complete any additional legal documents provided by sponsors with respect to the Grand Prize and return them to MTVNOC within seven (7) days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY GRAND PRIZE WINNER (AT MTVNOC's SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH GRAND PRIZE WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF THE " TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES YARIS SWEEPSTAKES" AND ALL ASSOCIATED PRIVILEGES WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. Upon receipt of the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. All taxes on the prizes as well as any expenses which are not expressly described herein are Grand Prize Winner's sole responsibility. 7. Grand Prize (1). The Grand Prize Winner shall receive: One (1) 2007 Toyota Yaris valued at approximately $10,950 (MSRP). The approximate retail value (the "ARV") of the Grand Prize is $10,950. The ARV of the Grand Prize is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for paying all costs and expenses related thereto and to those otherwise related to the Grand Prize not expressly set forth herein. Arrangements for the fulfillment of the Grand Prize will be made by Toyota Financial Services who will arrange for delivery of the prize vehicle to a Toyota dealership which is in close proximity to Grand Prize Winner's residence within approximately two months from the date of winner verification. The prize vehicle will only be delivered within the continental United States and only following Grand Prize Winner's completion of all documentation required by MTVNOC, including but not limited to a full waiver and release of liability with respect to the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for loading and transporting the prize vehicle. Grand Prize Winner must be a licensed driver at time of entry, and must present a current valid driver's license and proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the prize vehicle. Should the Grand Prize Winner elect to accept the Grand Prize, the vehicle actually awarded to Grand Prize Winner may differ from the vehicle depicted in any advertisements. MTVNOC reserves the right, in its sole and unequivocal discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of comparable value. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. The Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all matters relating to the Grand Prize as applicable, including, but not limited to, title, insurance, registration, and licensing of the prize vehicle, and payment of any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the Grand Prize. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants hereby release and hold harmless the Sponsoring Parties and each of their respective corporate parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, advertising agencies, and their respective employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury, death and/or damage, theft, loss, or any other harm suffered in connection with participating in this Sweepstakes or in connection with the acceptance of any prizes awarded in connection therewith. The total approximate retail value of all prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $10,950. No substitution of the Grand Prize or any portion thereof permitted, except by MTVNOC in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be awarded. The ARV for the Grand Prize is subject to change based on current market conditions at time of prize fulfillment. All details related to the prizes not specified herein shall be determined solely by MTVNOC. 8. General Terms: MTVNOC assumes no responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by a participant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. MTVNOC is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, networks, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or media on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MTVNOC that in its judgment corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, MTVNOC reserves the right in its sole and unequivocal discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or prizes. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning entry online, the authorized account holder of the winning e-mail account will be declared the winner. An authorized account holder is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by MTVNOC are final. MTVNOC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds or believes to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or the Web Site, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
